Kelsey Rosenmeier, PT, DPT, CMTPT/DN
Founder of Pulse Physical Therapy & Wellness here in Virginia Beach, VA—a place Kelsey is proud to call home. Kelsey grew up right here in the area and developed a lifelong love for movement while playing field hockey, soccer, and swimming. That passion eventually led her to compete in Division I field hockey at the University of Louisville, where she earned her degree in Exercise Science in 2014.
Kelsey went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Mary Baldwin University, graduating in 2018, and has spent the last 7+ years specializing in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. Kelsey works with athletes of all ages—youth, collegiate, and recreational— and active adults, helping them recover from injury, optimize movement, and get long-term, sustainable results.
Kelsey is a certified Manual Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT/DN) through Myopain Seminars, allowing her to integrate advanced dry needling techniques into performance-driven treatment plans.
When Kelsey is not in the clinic, she is usually chasing around her one-year-old daughter, spending time with her husband and two dogs, enjoying the outdoors, and cooking up something new in the kitchen. Movement has always been a big part of her life, and she is passionate about helping others stay healthy, athletic, and ready to take on whatever their sport demands.

We are a cash based, out of network provider. Patients can pay with cash,
credit card, HSA, or FSA.
Insurance often restricts which treatments are covered, how long sessions can be, and how many visits you receive—none of which are based on what you actually need.
By working outside the insurance system, we are able to give you longer, higher-quality sessions, use the most effective techniques, and focus entirely on your goals. This often leads to better results in fewer visits, with no surprise bills.
Our priority is delivering high-quality, personalized, evidence-based treatment that truly supports your recovery and athletic performance—not what an insurance company decides is “medically necessary.”
